The terms on which BodyPharm provides consultations and programs.

What this service is
BodyPharm provides consultations over video and, where a program is appropriate, supplies and follows up on that program. It is not a substitute for medical care, and it does not sell products off a shelf.
What this service is not
A consultation with BodyPharm is not a medical consultation and does not replace your doctor. Where a health question needs a doctor, we will tell you to see one.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and located in the United Arab Emirates. Some programs are not appropriate for some people, and we may decline to go ahead.
Consultations
The initial consultation is AED 350, payable by card when you book. That fee is credited in full against the cost of a program agreed within 30 days of your consultation, and is not otherwise refundable, it pays for the assessment, which may conclude that no program is appropriate for you. After 30 days the credit lapses and the fee is retained. Payment secures the consultation, not a specific appointment time: the day and time you choose are a request, and we will confirm the slot or offer you the nearest alternative. A consultation carries no obligation and does not guarantee that a program will be offered.
Programs and pricing
Programs are quoted after consultation. Nothing is supplied before you have seen and accepted a quote.
Stopping
You may pause or stop a program at any time. Speak to your consultant first so they can talk you through how to do so safely.
