How your program reaches you across the UAE: temperature-controlled, tracked, and arranged after your consultation.
Where we deliver
Across all seven Emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Consultations are remote, so where you live in the UAE does not change what is available to you.
Delivery timing
Your program is delivered the next day, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM GST, in temperature-controlled packaging. Nothing is dispatched without a consultation first, and a program agreed on a weekend or public holiday is delivered on the next business day.
Packaging
Everything arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or description of the contents, packed to hold temperature and stability in transit.
What delivery costs
Nothing separately. Delivery is included in the program your consultant quotes after your consultation, and no fee is charged before a consultation has confirmed that a program is appropriate for you.
Tracking
Once your program is dispatched you receive a notification with tracking details. The care team can confirm the status of a delivery at any point.
Temperature-controlled handling
These are temperature-sensitive products. They are handled and transported under conditions that preserve their integrity, and packed with insulated materials where the compound requires it.
If a delivery cannot be completed
If the address is wrong or nobody is available, the care team will contact you to arrange another attempt.
