No. Nothing on this site is sold from a shelf. A 20-minute video call decides whether a program is appropriate for you at all, and what is in it if it is.

What happens on the video call?

A 20-minute conversation with your consultant: your goals, your history, and whether a program is appropriate. If it isn't, we'll tell you. The consultation is AED 350, credited in full against your first order.

How much does treatment cost?

There are no prices on the site because there is no off-the-shelf product. Your program is built for you and quoted in full before anything is supplied. You decide then.

Do I need recent lab work?

Accepted Answer

Not to book. If a baseline panel would help, your consultant will arrange an at-home draw as part of your program. Bring recent results if you have them.

Question 5

Is peptide therapy safe?

Accepted Answer

Only when it is properly screened and properly sourced. Your consultant reviews your history before anything is recommended, all formulations come from cGMP pharmaceutical facilities, and every program has scheduled follow-ups in it.

What if a program isn't right for me?

Then you leave with honest advice, and your AED 350 stays as credit against an order in the 30 days after your consultation. Being told no is a real outcome of the consultation, and it is what the fee buys.

Can I use BodyPharm alongside my own doctor?

Yes, and we encourage it. Nothing here replaces your own doctor. With your consent we can share your program and your results with them.

How fast is delivery?

Next-day across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, 1-2 days across the rest of the UAE, in discreet temperature-controlled packaging.

Is the packaging discreet?

Completely. Plain outer packaging, a neutral sender name, and nothing on the label that reveals what's inside.

What follow-up do I get?

Follow-ups are scheduled into every program so your consultant can adjust and track results against where you started. You can message the care team between check-ins.

Can I pause or stop a program?

At any time. Tell your consultant and they'll advise how to taper or stop safely. You're never locked in.
